La Vert is a spacious apartment where classic accents meet natural textures, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the first moment you step inside.
Designed for families or groups of friends of up to four guests, the space offers a comfortable and well-balanced setting, where thoughtful design and amenities create the feeling of a lived-in home rather than a temporary stay.
The apartment consists of two rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The main room, approximately 30 m², functions as both a bedroom and a living area and can be arranged for single or double occupancy.
For groups larger than two, a second generous bedroom of approximately 20 m² is available, connected through an internal corridor.
Access to the bathroom and kitchen is through the main room, as the apartment is not fully separated — a layout that suits couples, families with children, or close friends who feel comfortable sharing the same space and bathroom.

Rates vary depending on the apartment, the selected period and the number of guests.

Tourist Tax
In accordance with the regulations of Brașov Municipality, a tourism promotion and mountain rescue tax of RON 12 per person, per day applies. This tax is not included in the accommodation rate and is payable separately.
