    Submitting the form constitutes a reservation request and does not represent a confirmed booking.

    Availability Confirmation

    You will receive the following as soon as possible:

    • confirmation of availability;
    • a pro forma invoice for the deposit;
    • payment instructions.

    Booking Confirmation

    A deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm your booking.

    Once the deposit has been received, your booking becomes firm and you will receive written confirmation.

    Belle Vista Guesthouse issues a fiscal invoice for all accommodation services.

    Payment of the Remaining Balance

    Belle Vista Guesthouse issues a fiscal invoice for the full amount of the accommodation services.

    The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 Hours before of check-in, exclusively by electronic payment.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Booking Confirmation

    A booking is considered confirmed only after:

    • availability has been confirmed by the host;
    • the 25% deposit has been paid;
    • written booking confirmation has been issued.

    Cancelling your Booking

    Should your plans change, you may request the cancellation of your booking in writing by using the dedicated form available on the website.

    Cancellation at least 3 days before check-in (Romanian 3 pm)

    The deposit paid will be refunded in full.

    Cancellation less than 3 days before check-in (Romanian 3 pm)

    The deposit is non-refundable.

    At your request, the booking may be rescheduled for another available period.

    Should the rescheduled stay not be used, the deposit will remain allocated to the original booking and will no longer be refundable.

    The booking may be transferred to another person, provided that the host is notified in advance.

    Check-in / Check-out

    Check-in: from 3:00 pm

    Check-out: by 11:00 am

    Identity Verification

    In the interests of security and fraud prevention, the guest in whose name the reservation was made will be asked to present a valid identity document (passport, identity card or driving licence) upon check-in to confirm their identity.

    Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive late.

    Early check-in and late check-out are available only subject to availability.

    Number of Guests

    The booking is valid exclusively for the number of guests stated in the reservation form.

    Pets

    The La Vert Apartment is Pet-Friendly.

    Pets are welcome, provided that a few simple rules are observed:

    • pets must not be left unattended in the apartment;
    • owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets;
    • the peace and comfort of other guests and residents must be respected.

    Pets are not accepted at Loft.
